1. Company Engagement & Collaboration
The placement process begins with proactive engagement and relationship-building with top organizations across sectors.
- Customized student placement brochures are shared with industry partners to showcase student profiles, academic strengths, and institutional achievements.
- Interested companies respond with detailed Job Descriptions (JDs), eligibility criteria, selection processes, compensation details, and additional requirements.
- The Training & Placement Cell schedules recruitment drives in alignment with mutual availability and company preferences, ensuring seamless coordination.
2. Future-Ready Pre-Placement Preparation
To ensure our students are industry-ready, a comprehensive pre-placement training module is delivered, emphasizing core and emerging employability skills.
- Aptitude Mastery: In-depth sessions on quantitative aptitude, verbal ability, and logical reasoning.
- 21st-Century Soft Skills: Focused training on communication, teamwork, leadership, group discussions, and personal interview strategies.
- Technical Readiness: Specialized workshops, hands-on coding practice, and domain-specific training tailored to various engineering and management disciplines.
- Skills & Certifications: Industry-recognized certification programs and skill enhancement courses to boost job-readiness.
- Professional Branding: Resume-building workshops, LinkedIn profile optimization, and mock interviews conducted by industry experts and alumni.
3. Student Eligibility & Participation Criteria
To participate in placement activities, students must meet the following conditions:
- Final-year students from B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, and MBA programs are eligible.
- Academic performance must meet the minimum cut-offs defined by recruiters.
- A clean disciplinary record is mandatory for all applicants.
4. Registration & Consent Protocol
Students interested in campus placements are required to:
- Complete the registration process through the T&P Cell's online/offline portal.
- Submit a declaration of interest and consent to participate in specific company drives.
- Upload or submit their resume in the standardized institutional format for recruiter access.
5. Holistic Campus Recruitment Framework
The campus recruitment process is tailored to meet recruiter expectations and may include:
- Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs) to introduce company culture, roles, and expectations.
- Online/Offline Assessments: Aptitude or technical tests to evaluate core competencies.
- Group Discussions to assess communication, collaboration, and critical thinking.
- Personal Interviews for technical evaluation and HR interaction.
6. Offer Management & Selection Policies
- Selected students are formally issued offer letters—either on the spot or via the T&P Cell, or directly by the company.
- Students are required to submit written acceptance of the offer within the stipulated timeframe.
- The institute follows a “One Student – One Offer” policy, unless otherwise stated by the Placement Cell based on company category or special permissions.
7. Post-Placement Engagement & Support
- End-to-end assistance with onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Alumni mentorship for real-world insights and professional guidance.
- Career counseling for long-term growth, adaptability, and future opportunities.
8. Code of Conduct & Key Guidelines
- Maintain 100% attendance in pre-placement training and all recruitment activities.
- Adhere to a formal dress code during placement drives and interviews.
- Display professional behavior, punctuality, and commitment at all stages.
- Any violation of process rules or misrepresentation of information will result in disqualification from the placement process.
