The Division of Training & Placement of Echelon Institute of Technology, Faridabad plays a pivotal role in shaping the career paths of students by providing the essential support in bridging the gap between academic learning and professional opportunities. It actively supports students in securing placements across diverse sectors such as core engineering, information technology, analytics, consulting, research & development, and operations.

This Division is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the entire campus placement process. From inviting reputed companies to facilitating various stages of recruitment, including written tests, group discussions, pre-placement talks, and interviews, every activity is systematically organized to meet the specific requirements of visiting organizations.

Equipped with a dedicated and well-furnished infrastructure, the Training & Placement Cell not only ensures smooth conduct of placement drives but also works continuously on enhancing the employability skills of students, which includes industrial visits, expert guest lectures, training sessions, workshops, aptitude development programs, and mock interviews, thereby preparing them to meet industry standards with confidence to transform academic learning into successful careers to serve the nation.

Objectives of the Division of Training & Placement

  • Career Counseling and Guidance: Support students in exploring various career paths, including higher education, campus placements, and entrepreneurship, by providing timely and relevant information, mentoring, and resources.
  • Internship and Placement Facilitation: Actively coordinate and assist students in securing internships and full-time employment through structured placement activities and continuous interaction with industry partners.
  • Pre-Placement Engagements: Organize and facilitate pre-placement interactions, including company presentations, industrial visits, and preliminary screening processes, helping students understand the expectations and culture of potential employers.
  • Building Corporate Connections: Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders and recruiting organizations, fostering long-term partnerships that benefit both students and employers through campus recruitment drives, collaborative initiatives, and MoUs.
