Donating blood is a selfless act that can save lives. Each unit of blood can help up to three patients in need. By donating blood, you can make a difference in someone’s life and give them a chance to recover from their illness or injury.
We encourage everyone who is eligible to donate blood to join us. To be eligible, you must be in good health, weigh at least 110 pounds, and be at least 17 years old (16 years old with parental consent). Donors should also have a minimum hemoglobin level of 12.5 g/dL.
We will have trained medical professionals on site to guide you through the process and ensure that you are comfortable throughout the donation. The process takes about 10-15 minutes, and the entire donation process, including registration and refreshments, takes about an hour.
